Come join us for our monthly Meet-n-Greet on Monday, Sept. 16th 10-11am. You’ll get the scoop on all of the wonderful classes and activities offered at the AAC. Bring a friend along with you!

Bridge Class on Defense
This 10-week class taught by Sandy Koller covers everything from opening leads, to signals, to reading the dummy is covered. This class is for intermediate to advanced players and begins on Thurs. Sept. 12th; cost is $48, register early for this popular class 303-205-7500.

Movie Matinee
Sit back, relax and enjoy our free monthly movie! “Seed: The Untold Story” will be shown on Thursday, September 26th at 1:00pm. No RSVP needed, just show up!

Volunteer Drivers Needed

PWR Moves – Parkinson’s Fitness Class
Certified Instructor Stephanie Uszacki leads this class that starts off with foundational moves and progresses through building endurance, strength and flexibility. Caregivers are welcome to attend and assist. This drop-in class is held every Tuesday from 1-2pm, cost is $3.50 or free to Wheat Ridge SilverSneaker® cardholders.

Dance, Dance, Dance
The Wheat Ridge Active Adult Center offers a wide variety of ongoing dance classes which include: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Tap; Belly Dancing, Hula, Ballroom, Zumba and Western Line Dancing. Call 303-205-7500 for more information.
