The Wheat Ridge Active Adult Center is open with regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm.
Call 303-205-7500 to get signed up for the AAC E-newsletter that gets emailed out the first Friday of each month. The Rooted in Fun Activity Guide is available in print, stop by and pick one up. They are available 24/7 in the brochure box in front of the AAC.
Summer Luau
Wear your Hawaiian garb and enjoy a Hawaiian-inspired lunch while listening to the music of Delta Sonics. Call 303-205-7500 to pre-register for this fun summer event which will be held on Thursday, June 9thth. Cost is $17.
Movie Matinee
Enjoy the movie “Encanto” on Thursday, June 23rd, the movie is free but pre-registration is required, call 303-205-7500 to register. Bring $1 for pop & popcorn, if you like!
Advanced Beginner Bridge Class
This 10-week course features the Standard American bidding system. Bridge players of all levels are welcome to join this class. You will be a declarer and a defender and learn helpful hints to make you more successful at both. Learn to play the game of bridge better. This class, taught by Sandy Koller will begin on Thursday June 6th, cost is $55, call 303-205-7500 to register.
Trips
We have numerous outings planned for June including an Andrews Sisters Tribute Concert, a Mt. Evans trip, an outing to IKEA, a Classic Car show, happy hour and more. We also offer hiking trips and weekly walking outings. To find out more info call 303-205-7500. Fitness and Dance
While many of our dance and fitness classes have returned to in-person, some of our classes remain on Zoom for now. Registration is required for all classes for the time being, call 303-205-7500 to register.
