Body Roller Exercise
Body Rollers can provide massage, assist in enhancing posture alignment and provide support for more dynamic exercises. This 6-week class will begin on Friday January 9th; cost is $39 – discount for Wheat Ridge SilverSneaker¨ cardholder.

Winter Golf Flex
This 8-week class will provide stretches and programs designed to increase performance and stamina while reducing the potential for injury. Classes begin Sat. Jan 10th, cost is $50, discount for Wheat Ridge SilverSneaker cardholders. Call 303-205-7500 to register.

Play of the Hand Bridge Class
Sharpen your bridge skills in this 10-week class that will focus on declarer’s play. Some knowledge of bridge is needed to take this class which begins on Thursday; January15th- cost is $48, pre-register by calling 303-205-7500.

• Downloadables – Learn to use and download to your e-Reader. 1class. Wed. Jan. 21st. This is a free class but you must call to pre-register by calling 303-205-7500.
• Beginning Windows 7 – 4 classes. Fridays beginning Jan. 23rd, cost is $50 call 303-205-7500 to sign up.
• Keep in Touch with Family – Learn to use your iPad to “Facetime” or “Skype” with family. 2 classes. Jan 27th & 29th. Cost is $40 – call 303-205-7500 to register.
• Camera or Tablet One-on-One – receive a private 1-hour tutoring session, call to schedule – $25/hour
• Computer Tutoring One-on-One – receive a private 1-hour tutoring session, call to schedule – $25/hour

• Japanese Bunka – new 6-week class begins Jan. 8th – $29 + kit fee
• Water Color Plus – new 6-week class begins Thursday, Jan 8th – $59 + $10 supply fee
• Charcoal Drawing – new 6-week class is set to start on Friday, Jan. 9th – $45 + $15 supply fee
• Courtney’s Watercolor Fun – new 6-week class starts on Friday, Jan 9th – $55 + $30 supply fee
• Handmade Cards with Karen – 1 class; Thursday, Jan. 22nd from 1-3pm – $10 + $10 supply fee

Dance, Dance, Dance
