What’s your Strength? Take the test with SMHA’s Enrichment Workshop
The South Metro Health Alliance (SMHA) is convening the communities of Arapahoe and Douglas counties on Thursday, June 27, 2013 from 9am to 12pm at Regis University in Greenwood Village for a professional workshop entitled ‘Strengths Finder 2.0’ designed to identify individuals’ strengths in order to help people become more successful in their personal and professional lives. Seating is limited and reservations are requested.
Many of us have become experts in our weaknesses and spend our lives trying to repair our flaws, while our strengths lie dormant and neglected. This workshop focuses on enhancing people’s strengths rather than their weaknesses. Your coach Jeanne Gilbert is certified through Gallup Organization® as a Strengths-based coach and has led training in creating strengths-based leadership with a variety of education and business organizations.
From the book Strengths Finder 2.0 (New York Times Best Sellers list and ranked #1 with the Wall Street Journal & #1 with Business Week), this workshop will help you leverage your top five talents for powerful results. The book allows you to access to the Strengths Finder profile on the Internet which analyzes your instinctive reactions and immediately presents you with your five most powerful signature themes. On receipt of your registration, you will be mailed the book. You are asked to take the assessment prior to the workshop.
SMHA is a network of dedicated health care providers and community-based organizations who serve the uninsured and underinsured in Arapahoe and Douglas counties (with the exception of Aurora, CO), with a mission of uniting the community for better access to health care for all.
