“This affordable senior housing development is now home to more than 100 seniors with limited incomes and is an important part of InnovAge’s commitment to the independence of older adults,” said Maureen Hewitt, InnovAge president and CEO.
InnovAge senior housing helps fill the gap of the 3.9 million low-income older adults who are eligible for housing in the U.S., but have a difficult time finding it.
InnovAge Senior Housing-Thornton is a four-story residential rental community that includes one- and two-bedroom apartments for people 55 and older in Thornton. The development offers affordable, independent senior housing with amenities, including a putting green, a dog park and raised community garden beds. Residents will be available for interviews.
