USO Dinner and Show
VFW Post 7945, 10217 Quivas Street, Thornton, will be hosting its annual USO Show “Someone to Watch Over Us,” Saturday, October 5.
The tickets for the show, which includes dinner, are $10.00. The dinner of Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Salad, Vegetable, Roll and Homemade Desserts.
- Dinner will be served from 5:30 to 7:00.
- The USO Show will begin at 7:00
- It is a wonderful variety show of comedy, dancing, singing and patriotic music.
Our VFW is open to the public and all money raised will be placed in the VFW and Ladies Auxiliary relief funds to help our Veterans.
We are also accepting donations of personal hygiene items, i.e., toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, socks, ect. which will be taken to the VA hospital to be distributed to the homeless.
