TRU Community Care Names Vice President, Human Resources
Lafayette, CO — TRU Community Care recently named Carlene Crall to the position of Vice President, Human Resources. Carlene brings over 30 years of human resource experience to the agency. Over 20 of those years have been spent in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining TRU, Carlene served on the executive teams of health systems along the Front Range, including Memorial Health System in Colorado Springs and, most recently, Cheyenne Regional Hospital in Cheyenne, Wyoming. In addition to her work in hospitals, she has wide-ranging experience in long term care, hospice, home health, and physician practices.
“We’re delighted to have Carlene join us!” said TRU Community Care President & CEO, Darla Schueth. “She has a very broad background in health care human resources leadership and development that will be very beneficial to TRU.”
An Ohio native, Carlene graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in hospital personnel administration. TRU’s mission has special meaning for Carlene and she’s inspired by the chance to be part of this organization.
