Sylvia Theisen will help you look at your life events and the meaning we attach to them. She’ll teach you three steps to help you gain a new perspective on your own life and leave with a sense of restored optimism. Information is provided about Medicare enrollment, benefits, costs, what and how Medicare pays, choices under Medicare plans, how they work and prescription drug coverage. Reservations are required; please call 303-255-7850. Medicare classes are provided by Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) Counselors. Class is held at Margaret W. Carpenter Recreation Center, 11151 Colorado Blvd.

Senior Citizen Advisory Board BBQ
Wednesday, July 16 at 6 p.m.
Members of the Senior Citizen Advisory Board will cook hamburgers and hot dogs as you enjoy entertainment by After Midnight, featuring award winning clarinetist Roger Campbell and the hottest sextet since the Big Band Era! Summer Birthday Party

Mental, Emotional & Physical Changes of Aging

Kelly Blanchard, LSW with A Wiser Mind will discuss the changes of aging physically and mentally.
