This free evidence-based program proven to reduce fallsand build confidence.
This class is designed to help those who live in their home or independent apartment, are able
to walk without the help of another person and do not use a walker or wheelchair most of the time indoors.
Taught by North Suburban Medical Center and the Thornton Fire Department

Wednesdays, April 5-May 10, 9:30-11:30 a.m. Active Adult Center
Join the Thornton Police Department for a multi-week, in-depth look at police operations in a
variety of areas, including S.W.A.T, Service Dogs, and Gun Control. Participants will have
the opportunity to engage in hands-on activities, tour facilities and learn from trained officers.
