Thursday, June 16, 1:30-3:30 p.m. Active Adult Center.
Dog and cat photos will be provided, or bring a close up photo of your
pet’s face, to paint your own! Wear old clothes.

GREETING CARD CREATIONS | Ages 18+ #236216-B Fees:$15R/$18NR
Wednesday, June 8 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. Active Adult Wing at Trail Winds Active Adult Center.
Learn new techniques and how easy it can be to create beautiful handmade greeting cards along
with other paper creations. Leave class with a set of cards. Each class will have a different theme,
so join us for all! No experience necessary. Please bring your own scissors and adhesive.

PHYSICIAN SEMINAR WITH DR.JAMES STEPHEN | Ages 18+ #231433-A Fees: FREE
Thursday June 9, 10-11-a.m. Active Adult Wing at Trail Winds Active Adult Center.
We are honored to have an informative presentation from Neurosurgeon, Dr.James Stephen
with Colorado Brain and Spine Institute. He will address such topics as low back pain,
disc herniation and peripheral nerve damage.
