Medicare 101 – Tuesday, December 19 at 6:30 p.m.
Information is provided about Medicare enrollment, benefits, costs, what and how Medicare pays, choices under Medicare plans, how they work and prescription drug coverage. Reservations are required; please call 303-255-7850. Medicare classes are provided by Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) Counselors. 55+ Organization Holiday Gift & Bake Sale – Friday, December 8 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Mark your calendars now for this annual event! You’ll find fine handmade items for those special people on your holiday shopping list or just pick up something for yourself!

Breakfast with Santa – Saturday, December 9 from 7:30 -10:30 a.m.
Get your wish list ready and bring your grandchildren, friends and neighbors to visit Santa Claus. Menu will include pancakes, ham, eggs, orange juice and coffee. Everyone is welcome. Photos with Santa will be available for an additional fee. Sponsored by the 55+ Organization. Fees: $4 adults, $2.50 kids 12 and under. Cash only accepted.

Yoga – Mondays & Fridays each month from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Instructor Sky Headland will help you restore vitally to your body and open your mind and soul. These yoga stretches can be modified for all levels and conditions. Some yoga experience encouraged.

The New Year is a great time to start caring for you! Tri-County Health will be offering two free diabetes classes in January: Diabetes Prevention and Diabetes Self-Management. Find out which class is the right one for you or a loved one and the time commitment involved.

Grief Recovery Action Class – Wednesday, January 10 – February 28 from 9-11:00 a.m.
Learn to complete the relationship, hold on to fond memories and live a fuller life. Participants who are
dealing with death, pet loss, loss of health, job loss, relationship and/or moving have benefited from this class. Location: AAC Fees: $195R/NR for 8-week course and book. 138401-A
