Use scrapbooking paper to make beautiful lidded gift boxes of various sizes and lovely unique envelopes for that special note or gift card. Bring your own scrapbooking paper purchase it in class from the instructor for 75 cents per sheet. Bring a glue stick and scissors to class. Your friends will love the box as much as the gift inside! Fees are $9/resident; $11/non-resident.

AnnieUpHigh/Adventure Across Nepal
AnnieUpHigh is a highly inspiring and thoroughly entertaining speaker who takes you along on her epic journey across the Himalaya of Nepal. Ann had led quite the ordinary life until at the age of 64, she realized that she better hurry up, not slow down! In 2012 the “wild child” within her took over! Ann signed up for a five month, 1100 mile journey crossing Nepal’s Himalaya’s, reaching altitudes over 20,000 feet, and celebrated her 65th birthday high on a glacier. Her journey is woven together with personal anecdotes, humor, and spectacular photography, This is a not to be missed event. Light refreshments are served. This program is funded by The SCFD and North Metro Arts Alliance. Fees are $3/resident; $4/non-residents.

The MAC welcomes adults age 21 and better to participate in classes, fitness/wellness activities, educational programs, seminars and special events.
