Probiotic Veggie Medley
Take advantage of the summer’s harvest and preserve it the old fashioned way with lacto-fermentation. This method uses cultures rich in lactobacillus to make probiotic rich foods which benefit your digestion and immunity. Participants will make a jar of cauliflower and green beans. Bring a clean glass quart jar, cutting board, knife, and mixing bowl. $5 supply fee payable to the instructor. Resident fee $13; non-resident $15.

Ft. Collins Craft Brewery Tour
Get a behind the scenes look at the beer making process with a private tour of 3 brewing facilities in the Ft. Collins area. Tours are given by knowledgeable guides at New Belgium, Equinox Brewery, and Pateros Creek. Fee includes transportation, tours, and escort. Resident fee: $45; non-resident $54

Bluegrass & BBQ at the Humphery History Park
Listen to bluegrass music performed by a husband and wife duo. BBQ and beverages are on your own for an additional fee. Fee includes concert tickets, transportation, and escort. Resident fee $24; non-resident $30.

Tasty Tomatoes
Tomatoes are packed full of beneficial nutrients and antioxidants and are a rich source of vitamins A and C and folic acid. Get new ideas for cooking with these tasty, healthy summer treats. Samples and recipes are provided. Resident fee $13; non-resident $15.

Durango & Cortez Getaway
Durango is an authentic Colorado town with a rich history. Tour four well-reserved canyon dwellings at the Ute Mountain Tribal Park on this three day overnight trip. Fee includes: escort and round trip transportation; two night lodging; two continental breakfasts and one lunch; full day tour at Ute Mountain Tribal Park; and tour of the Alligator Farm in Alamosa. Trip is filling fast! Registration deadline is August 21. Fee: $409 Single Occupancy; $295 Double Occupancy per person.
