The Lodge at Ken Caryl Senior Living Ground Breaking Ceremony
Littleton, CO – Ken Caryl area seniors will soon have another choice in Retirement Living. The Lodge at Ken Caryl will be breaking ground on 138 apartments for Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. A ceremonial groundbreaking will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 with the festivities starting at 10:30 am and the ground breaking ceremony at 11:00 am. The Lodge at Ken Caryl has a tentative scheduled opening date for Winter 2018.
The Lodge at Ken Caryl is situated on 3 acres at 7731 Schaffer Parkway, Littleton, CO 80127. The community will consist of 16 Independent residences, 86 Assisted Living studios, one and two bedroom apartments and 36 Memory Care studios. Residents will enjoy an array of amenities including golf course and mountain views, complimentary Wi-Fi, Fine Dining, Bistro, Exercise Room, Health and Wellness center with nurse on site, therapy room offering rehabilitation to meet individual needs, physician clinic and Business Center.
The Lodge at Ken Caryl was designed to provide comfortable living units with many options for life enrichment, social engagement, and health care services as well as numerous dining options.
