Dr. D’Anne Rudden is a Board Certified Doctor of Audiology at Longmont Hearing & Tinnitus Center (www.longmonthearing.com). Along with her work with hearing loss, she specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of patients who suffer from tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and hyperacousis (sensitivity to sound). She utilizes the latest diagnostic techniques, treatment and counseling protocols to provide relief to this often misunderstood condition affecting millions of Americans. She has been in practice for over 20 years and travels nationally as a featured professional speaker and expert in Audiology. She was also recently named as a Global Ambassador for Empowering a Billion Women by 2020 (www.ebw2020.com).
Dr. Rudden is also a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and a 300 hour Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher with over 900 hours of direct teaching experience. She has completed Adaptive Yoga Training, allowing her to bring yoga to people with disabilities. She utilizes a holistic approach to patient care and tinnitus treatment, often using her expertise in yoga and pranayama (breathing techniques) as well as mindfulness based stress reduction and meditation to bring additional tools to the people she works with in her practice.
