Lunch and Learn “Defying the Age Trap” – Goodson Recreation Center – Wednesday, June 5 12:30 pm – Class # 703886  Gina Oldenburg, local author and motivational speaker will give practical tools on how to push past ageism and what society thinks aging should be to something incredible! SSPRD Residents $10, Non-residents $12.  Lunch included.

Thursday Lunch – enjoy a homemade meal every Thursday at the Buck Recreation Center.  Make reservations by the Tuesday prior at 303-730-4605.  Doors open at 11:30, meal is served at 12.  SSPRD Residents $6.50 / Non-residents $7.50.

Creating a Family Legacy class – Buck Recreation Center – Thursdays June 6-27 1:00 pm –  Class #703966.  SSPRD Residents $55/Non-residents $60.  This class provides an opportunity for people to share their special stories with family and friends as part of a family legacy.  Each participant will create an individualized memoir of special memories that will be treasured for generations to come. 

Perfect Time Tours and Silver Sneakers Open House – Buck Recreation Center.  Friday, June 28 11 am – 1 pm.  Bingo, refreshments, and fun!  Free to attend, no need to register.

Wellness Workshop with Essential Oils – Saturday, June 29 at the Lone Tree Hub Topic #703896  Summer Solutions – Learn some practical solutions to make outdoor summer fun more enjoyable; from skin and hair health to dealing with bites and stings.  The “make”: After Sun Spray, a blend of oils designed to cool, refresh and sooth the skin.  Cost is $8 for residents ($10) for non-residents).
