Senator Michael Johnston to speak on Initiative #22

The League of Women Voters is pleased to announce that Senator Michael Johnston will speak on school finance reform and Initiative #22 at their Kick-Off meeting for the election season and the League year on Monday, September 16, 5:30 p.m.   Initiative 22 will appear on the November ballot and would raise money through a change in Colorado’s state income tax structure.  The League welcomes the public to this event to be held in the Fellowship Hall at Montview Blvd. Presbyterian Church, 1980 Dahlia Street, Denver.
