Ramblings of a Rambler – Sept. 2017
~ By Bill Watson, Publisher ~
Hi Prime Timers! We just finished putting the September edition together. We received a lot of informative editorial content this month. A big thank you and sincere appreciation to everyone who took the time to provide us with this important information for our readers. Although we could not get all of the articles in the paper, if you have access to the internet you can visit our web site at www.myprimetimenews.com and check out some of the links to our site.
With this edition, we close the door on five years of publishing the Prime Time. Our October edition will mark the first edition of our sixth year of owning the paper. It has been the privilege of our lives to provide the seniors of Denver with good information that is so important to them in their daily lives. Again a big thank you and sincere appreciation to our wonderful advertisers for supporting our paper. As I have said many times, without your support we would not exist. Thank you….
And finally, a special thank you to all our readers for supporting our advertisers and our paper. We are very grateful and humbled by your kind words and the encouragement you’ve given us over the years about our publication. You are our inspiration!
Prayers to the folks in Texas who are experiencing the aftermath of a devastating hurricane.
If you have the means and you would like to help, below is a message posted online by the American Red Cross.

The organization is urging people to call 1-800-RED CROSS or text HARVEY to 90999 to make a $10 donation for those in need.
“The American Red Cross is helping the people affected by Hurricane Harvey in Texas and all across the Gulf coast. Shelters are open, truckloads of supplies are being distributed and volunteers in place,” a statement on the organization’s website says.
