Memorial Day will be here soon. If you’re looking for something to do check the ad on page page 26. Time Plumbing and Heating just erected the tallest flagpole in Colorado and on Memorial Day they will be raising the largest Flag in Colorado in honor of our Veterans. The dedication ceremony is a time to set apart a particular place in order to memorialize those who served and those that currently serve our country in times of war and in times of peace. Brad and Juli Apple the owners, have a wonderful day planned for those who attend. Hope to see you there…
As of this writing the Rockies are riding a four game losing streak. They came out of Spring Training hot but seem to have cooled off. If they want to compete in the West this year they’ll have to keep pace with the Dodgers. I think its going to be an exciting year!!
Speaking of sports, what did you think of the Bronco’s draft? New coach, new system new players. Not many teams that played in the Superbowl and the AFC championship game get so violently shaken after the season. Watching the competition the past few weeks and the Colts scare me. They seem to be filling the missing pieces with stelar players…
