Hi Prime Timers! Congratulations to the Colorado Avalanche, 2022 NHL Stanley Cup Champions! It looks like Denver is at the center of the hockey world. Not only do we have the best team on the professional level but The Denver Pioneers of the University of Denver captured the NCAA Division 1 National Championship in 2022. Congratulations to both!!

The Rockies have settled into last place, a good 15 games out of the running. I still like going to the games. I enjoy taking the train into town, easy in easy out. I’ve walked farther parking at the stadium than the walk from Union Station. There is nothing like being in the bleachers on a hot summer night watching a ball game.

Seems like life is just about back to normal after the pandemic. It’s been a rough road for everyone, some more than others. We should never forget the sacrifices of our healthcare and essential workers for their dedication and hard work. We remain very grateful and thankful for you all!!

I know it’s early, but are you getting excited about the upcoming Bronco season? I am. It’s going to be a fun year. We have a competitive team in the toughest division in the NFL. Expectations are high.
