Maureen Hearty ’Iron Cycle’ Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition
Littleton, CO – Iron Cycle, presented by The Hudson Gardens & Event Center, will showcase sixteen unique sculptures crafted from iron and recycled steel by Colorado-based artist Maureen Hearty. The exhibition will be available for viewing at Hudson Gardens from June through September, 2016 from 9 AM until 5 PM daily. There is no charge for admission to enjoy the exhibit.
Hudson Gardens creates a dramatic backdrop for this one-of-a-kind display, leading visitors to discover a vast array of sculptures nestled within the 30-acre facility. Hearty explains: “I’ve always been an advocate of dreaming big. Iron is like the landscape, it develops culture and culture develops it. I like to think that these sculptures can reconnect the viewers with their own earthly roots.”
Opening reception will be held on Thursday, June 9th from 5 PM to 7 PM.
Exhibition support is provided by The Hudson Foundation and the Citizens of the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District.
The Hudson Gardens & Event Center is located at 6115 S. Santa Fe Drive in Littleton, just minutes from historic downtown Littleton and adjacent to Arapahoe Community College.
