Light Yoga – Virtual or In-Person 

This class is for individuals who desire a traditional yoga practice but require modifications for mobility limitations. Feel light on your feet and gently ease your way through stretches and poses.  You must be able to get down and up from the floor. Tue. & Fri. 8:45-10am, $39/31. SilverSneakers and Renew Active eligible.

Volunteers of America Lunch Program

We provide a pre-packaged hot lunch to be picked up or eaten on site Monday through Friday, 11:30-12:30pm. Reservations must be made two day s in advance by calling 303-762-2660.  A suggested donation is $2.50 for ages 60+, for guests under 60 it is $8.50. A mask, social distancing and reservations required.
