This class is for individuals who desire a traditional yoga practice but require modifications for mobility limitations. Feel light on your feet and gently ease your way through stretches and poses. Volunteers of America Lunch Program
We provide a pre-packaged hot lunch to be picked up or eaten on site Monday through Friday, 11:30-12:30pm. Reservations must be made two day s in advance by calling 303-762-2660. A suggested donation is $2.50 for ages 60+, for guests under 60 it is $8.50. A mask, social distancing and reservations required.
