Interval Training for Weight Loss and Health
If you are looking for a way to rev your metabolism or change up your cardiovascular exercise routine, interval training might be right for you. Learn to incorporate periods of high and low intensity into various types of cardio exercise. Wear comfortable clothes for doing exercise. Fee: $11 resident; $13 non-resident.

Green Cleaners
Learn to create safe, inexpensive, non-toxic household cleaners using ingredients you probably already have on hand. Instructor demonstrates making several products and you will take home samples. Fee: $11 resident; $13 non-resident.

Composting 101
Composting is a great way to recycle your yard and kitchen wastes. Types of containers for composting, what materials to use, and how to care for your compost once it’s started are covered in this seminar. Fee: $11 residents: $13 non-residents.

One-On-One Computer or Tablet Tutoring
Receive a one hour private tutoring session on your own laptop, iPad, Kindle, or Android tablet. Bring your fully charged device and your questions to the session.
