Strength & Balance for Chronic Conditions Tuesdays/Thursdays July 10-August 2 1:30-2:30pm

Summer Picnic in the Park – Stay for the FREE concert Thursday, July 19, from 6 – 8:30 pm
Join us for a “picnic” meal of deli food, salads, dessert and a fun social event at Clement Park. This free event at Peak Community & Wellness Center includes lunch & presentation: Your Joint Health presented by Stryker Orthopaedics. Dr. Timothy Lehman, MD answers your questions & discusses new technologies in knee replacement. Must register in advance:

Candlelight Dinner Playhouse July 12
Includes show, fresh baked bread, choice of crisp dinner salad or house-made soup du jour and your choice of five delicious entrees, non-alcoholic beverages, gratuity & taxes; gluten-free options available.  You may choose to purchase the following extras at the event:  appetizers, beverages, desserts, upgraded entrees & associated gratuities.
Newsies – High-energy explosion of song & dance based on true events tells the story of a band of underdogs who become unlikely heroes when they stand up to the most powerful men in NY.  It’s a rousing tale about fighting for what’s right…staying true to who you are.

Brewery Tour-Coors July 16
Tour highlights malting, brewing, packaging processes & includes beer samples.  Lunch on your own at Bob’s Atomic Burgers. Departs Peak 9:45am, and approximate return is 12:45pm.

Casino Trip July 24

Santa Fe Art District (Denver) August 3
First Friday Art Walk is a festive event with artists, food trucks, & a free shuttle that loops the district. Departs Peak 4:30pm, approximate return 8:30pm.
