Panera Bread 

Every Monday (Starting November 1st) and Wednesday at 10:00am, stop by and pick up Panera Bread at the Senior Center. Donations vary from week to week.

Thursday Trackers

Meet others that want to take a walk around old town Lafayette or at one of our local Open Space/parks. Walk times range according to the group, location of walk and weather (45-60 minutes). Bring your walking sticks if you have them. Best part is that at the end we will meet at a coffee shop to enjoy some refreshments, so don’t forget to bring money.

11/11- Coalton Trailhead

SilverSneakers® Stability

Movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level.

Memory Games

Learn & share tips and tricks for enhancing your memory while enjoying some fun memory games and interacting with others in a fun safe environment.

Thanksgiving Potluck Feast (Free)

Join us for a Thanksgiving Feast! We will have a luncheon with Turkey and all the fixings. Visit with your friends and let us entertain you with music! Let’s give thanks for health and happiness for all!

CO School of Mines Geology Museum – Golden Level 2 walking
Take in over 15,000 square feet of rocks, minerals, fossils, and other fascinating Earth Science-related objects. Pass through the indoor cave and discover minerals that glow. Gaze at the sparkling Miss Colorado Crown containing over 600 gemstones and 21 diamonds. Transport yourself to Golden’s geologic past through our windows. Hike the Bob Weimer trail and visit authentic triceratops trackways. Bring money for lunch. Wear appropriate clothes for the weather and comfortable shoes.

Holiday Lights Trip

It is that time of year that the twinkling of holiday lights warms our hearts. Let us do the night driving to see the beautiful light displays. We will start the trip with hot cocoa and cookies at the senior center, to get into the holiday spirit. Trip includes treats and transportation.
