Panera Bread 

Every Monday and Wednesday at 10:00am, stop by and pick up Panera Bread at the Senior Center. Donations vary from week to week.

Silver Sneakers® Stability

Movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level.

Seated Stretch

Experience yoga-based postures and stretches, all from the comfort of a chair so you don’t need to worry about getting up and down from the floor. Mindful, meditative and flexibility exercises to help your recovery, mobility, posture, and energy!

No Cost Shoes 

Pro Comfort will talk about no-cost shoes covered by Medicare/Medicaid. If you’re interested, there is a presentation about the program and then stay for a complimentary 3D foot scan and get an order started.

Rodz and Bodz 

Colorado has the first Movie car museum. Everything from the A Teams van, Ghostbusters Ecto 1, Transformers Camaro and more.  After our guided tour we will stop for lunch near Colorado Mills Mall.

Candlelight Dinner Theater: Murder on the Orient Express 

Get dressed up for an exciting night out with dinner and a show.  You will be dazzled by the performance as they travel you thru Europe to solve a murder aboard a train.

Spellbinders: Stories of Spring 

Join Spellbinders’® trained veteran storytellers as they bring a variety of story genres to life. You’ll also discover how Spellbinders develop their craft using sound, rhythm, and repetition to paint memorable word pictures.

Fall Prevention Screening Event  

Genesis Rehab’s e-Vitality Check is used to determine a person’s cognitive and functional status by identifying changes in a person’s physical, emotional, environmental, social, career, and intellectual well-being. These checks, completed by Vitality Rehab team members under the supervision of a licensed physical, occupational, or speech therapist, efficiently, accurately, and comprehensively document a person’s status.
