Panera Bread 

Every Monday and Wednesday at 10:00am, stop by and pick up Panera Bread at the Senior Center. Donations vary from week to week.

Card Games at the Senior Center

  • Pinochle- Mondays, 9am to 11:30am
  • Shanghai Rummy- Mondays, 1 to 4pm
  • Mexican Train, Bridge, and other card games – Thursdays, 1 to 4pm

Silver Sneakers® Stability

Movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee, and hip joints while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level.

Tuesday 10 -11am

Seated Stretch

Experience yoga-based postures and stretches, all from the comfort of a chair so you don’t need to worry about getting up and down from the floor. Mindful, meditative and flexibility exercises to help your recovery, mobility, posture, and energy!

Growing Gardens at Long Family Farm

For the past 20 years, Growing Gardens has brought sustainable agriculture education and food donations to over 136,000 Boulder County residents. It is located on 11 acres on the Long Family Farm in Boulder. The 90-minute guided walking tour will take you through their property, which includes a visit with their herd of goats. Lunch on your own.

Memory Games 

Learn & share tips and tricks for enhancing your memory while enjoying some fun memory games and interacting with others in a fun safe environment. Please pre-register.

Get Caught up on Recycling with Eco-Cycle 

Do you have questions about recycling? Or just want to know what the newest trends are with recycling in our community? If so, please join us and Eco-Cycle as we get caught up on recycling and Celebrate Earth Day.

Friday 4/15 1 to 3pm

Mother Cabrini Shrine and lunch  
Walk around the beautiful east slope of Lookout Mountain which is now known as the Mother Cabrini Shrine.  In 1909-1910, Frances X. Cabrini negotiated the purchase of the property after she fell in love with the Mountains of Colorado.  Take a self-guided tour around the property to visit the chapel, Sacred Heart of Jesus Statue, gardens, museum and more.  After your walk enjoy lunch at the Shrine.    There will be a lot of walking, altitude, and may be chilly.  Dress appropriate for outside walking and comfortable shoes.
