Jackson Creek Senior Living Opens Welcome Center
MONUMENT, Colo. — Jackson Creek Senior Living, Monument’s newest retirement community, has opened a welcome center for prospective seniors and families to provide information about this great new retirement community. The center is located at the north entrance of the community site, 16601 Jackson Creek Parkway. It is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and by appointment on Saturdays.
Jackson Creek Senior Living is scheduled to open in late October. The conveniently located community will include 137 spacious residences and multiple floor plans. Residents will have access to high-end apartment features, several dining venues and many wellness opportunities that will support a healthy lifestyle. The community will include competitively-priced independent living, assisted living and memory care residences. The assisted living apartments will include support with activities of daily living, and the memory care residences will include programs and care for individuals with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

Jackson Creek Senior Living was designed to meet the growing need for senior housing and health care in El Paso County. The community is being developed by CSI Construction of Colorado Springs and it will be managed by WellAge, a respected senior care management company that is located in Lakewood.
