How Long Has It Been…
…since you’ve been to a floating concert? How about 7 floating concerts in the same week? How long since you’ve been to a sock hop and danced to your favorite tunes from the 60’s?
At Cruise Holidays, we love those oldies as much as you do, so several years ago, we partnered with a company who brings the bands onboard cruise ships exclusively for our passengers. We host a Caribbean Rock & Roll cruise every year in the January/February timeframe, full of music, dancing, Q&A with the bands, music trivia, autograph sessions, and more!
Our next oldies cruise is February 16-23 on the Caribbean Princess. It’s a 7-night cruise from Ft. Lauderdale visiting Grand Cayman, Roatan, Belize, and Cozumel. During the times when we’re at sea and not on the islands, we’ll be enjoying concerts by Paul Revere’s Raiders, The Buckinghams, Badfinger, Gary Lewis & The Playboys, Peter Rivera (Rare Earth), the 1910 Fruitgum Company, and Danny and The Juniors!
Another special treat for Denver area passengers will be longtime Denver radio disc jockey Randy Jay, who will be onboard! You may remember Randy from his days on KIMN and KOOL105 radio, starting in the late 1970’s. Randy provides entertainment onboard in the form of games, trivia and contests.
This cruise is like getting back-stage passes to great concerts! You’ll have lots of opportunities to get to know these stars…perhaps while sunning at the pool, lunching at the buffet, or relaxing in the hot tub! They are with us all week and are always willing to spend time talking and reminiscing with our passengers. All meals are included, along with non-carbonated and non-alcoholic beverages, all onboard activities and entertainment, private parties, special events, concerts, autograph and photo sessions, one-night hotel in Ft. Lauderdale prior to the cruise, all ground transportation and onboard gratuities!
