Holy Week and Easter Services at Trinity United Methodist Church
~ Including a performance of Brahms’ Requiem on Good Friday ~
Denver – Trinity United Methodist Church will offer several services during the 2015 Holy Week and Easter season. All events take place in Trinity’s Sanctuary unless otherwise noted:

Thursday, April 2 at 7 p.m.: Maundy Thursday
Worship and Holy Communion will be held at 7 p.m. with special music provided by Trinity’s Chancel Choir Ensemble and Chancel Handbell Choir.
Friday, April 3 at 7 p.m.: Good Friday with Brahms Requiem
An ecumenical community service at 7 p.m. featuring Johannes Brahms’ A German Requiem performed in the context of worship by the Trinity Chancel Choir and Orchestra with soloists Kay Christie, soprano, and Chris Palmiotto, baritone. The Requiem will be sung in English. No tickets are required. A freewill offering will be collected to benefit Metro Caring.
Sunday, April 5: Easter Sunday
Worship will be held at 9 and 11 a.m. with special music by The Boulder Brass and Trinity’s Chancel Choir: Allen Pote’s This Is the Day of Rejoicing, Jean Anne Shafferman’s Rejoice, He Is Alive, and Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus (from Messiah), joined by members of the congregation.
A pancake breakfast will be served in Fellowship Hall (Level 3) from 8-11 a.m. A Children’s Eggstravaganza, featuring games, crafts, cookie decoration and more, will take place on Level 1 at 9:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m., following the Children’s Message in worship.
