Holiday Wreath Contest

Get creative for charity. Assistance League of Denver invites you to participate in its annual Holiday Wreath Contest. You’ll have fun and your entry gives you a chance to win valuable prizes. Make a holiday wreath of any size, season, or holiday from materials of your choosing to donate to Assistance League. The wreath will be sold at Christmas at Our House, the annual holiday shopping and feasting fund raiser at the Bosworth House. Proceeds from Christmas at Our House, including the sale of the wreaths, go to support the philanthropic programs of Denver’s Assistance League. Tax Donation forms will be provided for the materials you use.
The winner of the Holiday Wreath Contest will receive two tickets to the Christmas at Our House Bosworth Bistro (a $60 value). Second place winner will receive shopping vouchers to The Shoppes. This year Christmas at Our House takes place November 7 through November 10 and the public is invited to attend any or all of the events.
Deadline for completed entries is Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, 12:00 noon. The Bosworth House at 1400 Josephine St. will be open that day to receive the wreaths, or you may make arrangements to deliver your wreath before that date. Wreath judging will be October 29. You do not have to be present to win; winners will be notified.
