Trader Joe’s Shopping Trip Thursday Nov 2 10:00am-Noon $3.00 Join friends for a trip to Trader Joe’s in Littleton, CO. Let us do the driving and try a new place to get your groceries. Trader Joe’s has an extensive frozen and prepared foods perfect for filling your freezer. Transportation is provided but monies for admission, recreation, and/or food may be required.
Fall Craft Fun Tuesday Nov 7 11:30am-1:30pm $5.00 Celebrate the season with a crafty DIY project! Decorate your home for the holidays after enjoying fellowship with friends. All materials are provided.
Winter Registration Opens Wednesday Nov 8 Noon Registration opens for our Winter programs at Noon. Visit any DPR Recreation Center for in-person registration or go online at www.denvergov.org/recreation
Thanksgiving Craft Showcase Thursday Nov 9 10:00am-2:00pm Free Local artisans will sell their crafts at our showcase hosted in the lounge at Highland Recreation Center. Look for great gift ideas, home décor, handmade products and more.
Tea Dance Tuesday Nov 14 1:00-3:00pm $7 Join this afternoon dance and enjoy live entertainment provided by Tom Yook. Admission fee paid directly to Tom in cash or check.
Holiday Fitness Class Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am Free We’ve added an extra Active Older Adult fitness class to help you through the holidays! This drop in class is free with membership and will start November 15th and go into the New Year.
November Holiday Closures Highland Recreation Center will be closed on Friday, November 10 for Veteran’s Day and Thursday November 23 for Thanksgiving.
