The Adams County Fair is coming to town July 31 – Aug. 4, 2013. An action-packed good time is planned. Adams County is pleased to announce the event schedule in the United Power Grandstand Arena:

• Thursday, Aug. 1 – Budweiser CPRA Rodeo
• Friday, Aug. 2 – NSPA Truck Pull
• Saturday, Aug. 3 – DDRA Demolition Derby
• Saturday, Aug. 3 – NEW THIS YEAR! – The Colorado Garden Tractor Pullers Association Exhibition will take place before the demolition derby
• Sunday, Aug. 4 – La Tricolor & Univision Presentan Dia de la Familia – Day of the Family on

On the Bromley Companies & United Water and Sanitation District Stage enjoy Fat City Mardi Gras Band, 17th Avenue Allstars, Boogie Machine, Leo Everett, Karaoke Fest, Chris Daniels and the Kings, Radio Disney Street Team, Urban Island, The Kory Brunson Band, Maraichi Real del Monte, Bad Habitz, Los Travios and Bonna Pluma y Los Originales

Grounds attractions will include the Lagoon of Doom, Redneck Games, Hogs and Dogs Racing, Xorbing, Agri land, Kiddie land, Safety land, pony rides, petting zoo and bounce houses.

Fans of fair food will enjoy new food items that include red velvet funnel cake, donut cheeseburgers, sweet potato fries, chocolate-dipped dill pickles on a stick, fried catfish and fried shrimp. Returning favorites include funnel cakes, corn dogs and fresh-squeezed lemonade.
