Being a teen is hard enough. But being a teen who lost a loved one or friend can be especially confusing and painful, making the adolescent years that much harder.
On Sunday, Feb. 7, Mount Evans Hospice will offer a special adventure experience for bereaved youth ages 11-18 who are coping with grief and loss. Grief counselors from Mount Evans will oversee the program, which will take place from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Participants are encouraged to dress for the weather. Snowshoes will be provided.
There is no charge for this program. For more information and to register, call Mount Evans at 303-674-6400.
