Free Healthier Living Colorado™ Class July 7- August 11 in Aurora

A program to help people deal with the challenges of living with an ongoing health condition such as heart disease, a lung condition, diabetes or arthritis will be held on Tuesdays from July 7 to August 11 at Shalom Park Senior Residences, 14800 E. Belleview Dr. in Aurora. The free six-week class meets from 1-3:30 p.m. and is open to the community.

Healthier Living Colorado™ is the chronic disease self-management program developed at Stanford University. Whatever the diagnosis, this class teaches and supports participants in making better choices and practicing self-management.
