Free Healthier Living Colorado™ Class Begins April 13 in Golden

A free program to help people deal with the challenges of living with an ongoing health condition such as heart disease, a lung condition, diabetes or arthritis will be held on Wednesdays from April 13-May 18 from 1:30-4 p.m. at St. Anthony’s Golden Neighborhood Health Center, 750 Warner Drive in Golden. The six-week class is open to the community. A $10 registration fee is due at the first class and refunded upon attending at least four of the six classes.
