DSST Cole Presents: “ColeChella”
Our 6th annual Cole-Chella festival features music and art from the talented DSST Cole Middle and High School students. We are happy to welcome our family, friends, and the Cole-Whittier-Five Points community to celebrate the closing of another successful school year. We are excited to announce that Cole-Chella will include contributions from artists, musicians, and food vendors from the larger area including a special performance by Banda Tomborazo Mazizo, and we anticipate a beautiful representation of all that our neighborhood has to offer.
As our school makes its way out of a long winter, we are looking forward. Forward to warmer months spent outside with our loved ones, our community, and the activities that bring us joy and contentment. We look forward to another school year when we may see the brilliant growth of the students that walk our halls and grace our classrooms. We also look forward to years and years of strong music instruction, and a program that offers the students of Cole something no other school in Denver has; a contemporary approach to learning musicianship that includes performing, recording, and writing music that authentically represents them and their passions.
