Denver-Based Senior Living Not-For-Profit Names Future CEO
Denver, CO: Christian Living Communities (CLC), a Colorado-based not-for-profit senior living services organization, named Jill Vitale-Aussem as their future President and CEO replacing Terry Rogers, who announced his departure in February for a position in Florida.
Jill Vitale-Aussem has more than 20 years of leadership experience in senior living and service, having served the last two years as President and CEO of The Eden Alternative, an international not-for-profit dedicated to creating quality of life for elders and their care partners through professional training and consulting. Before her role at The Eden Alternative, Vitale-Aussem served CLC from 2009-2018 as both as an Executive Director at Clermont Park located in Denver and Vice-President of Operations for Cappella Living Solutions, the consulting and management division of CLC. Jill is also an acclaimed author of Disrupting the Status Quo of Senior Living: A Mindshift.
Board Chair Greg Terry, who led the President and CEO Search and Transition Committee says of the selection, “We feel blessed to find someone with Jill’s experience, her level of dedication to improving the future of senior living, and who is committed to carrying out our Christian-based mission and values. Vitale-Aussem will officially begin as President & CEO on Monday, November 16th.
