CYT Denver Has a Secret to Share
Tickets on sale for CYT Denver’s production of “The Secret Garden: The Musical”
Lone Tree, Colo. – Experience the compelling tale of forgiveness and renewal when CYT Denver brings “The Secret Garden: The Musical” to stage, Feb. 5-8, at the Lone Tree Arts Center, 10075 Commons St., Lone Tree, Colo.
Adapted from the children’s novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett, this show hails with what critics have called “one of the most beautiful musical scores of all time.”
Join CYT Denver as Mary Lennox journeys from India to England and the home of her heartbroken and mysterious uncle Archibald. There she will uncover secrets, revitalize the hearts of all of the people of Misslethwaite Manor and discover her own true character.
Show times are Thurs., Feb. 5, 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.; Fri., Feb 6, 7 p.m.; Sat. Feb. 7, 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.; Sun. Feb 8, 2 p.m.
Ticket prices are $16 for adults; $13 for children 12 and under and seniors 65+; and $10 for school day performances at 10:00 a.m. on Thurs., Feb. 5. Special pricing is available for groups of 20 or more. Tickets are available at www.cytdenver.org/shows.
CYT Denver’s cast for “The Secret Garden: The Musical” is composed of youth between the ages of 8 and 18 who participate in CYT Denver’s theater education programs and audition for their full-scale productions.
CYT Denver, a nonprofit organization, offers students ages 6-18 an after-school program with a variety of performing arts classes, summer camps and full-scale musical productions on a professional stage. Participants can choose to participate in any part of this program or in all parts. CYT Denver classes are taught by talented and trained performing arts professionals. In addition, the shows are directed by professionals.
