Crown Point Brings Colorado Lifestyle to New Senior Living Community

Construction Planned on Parker’s Newest Assisted Living And Memory Care Community

Crown Point, LLC made up of local developers, Steve Cersonsky, Michael Zeitlin, and Katherine Ellman, and principals of Denver-based Vivage Quality Health Partners, announce their newest senior community, Crown Point Assisted Living and Memory Care, planned for groundbreaking June 2015 in Parker, CO. The site is across from Parker Adventist Hospital, at Parker Road and E-470.

The 149-apartment community will feature 123-assisted living apartments and a 26-unit memory care residence at 19160 Cottonwood Drive in Parker.

Vivage will serve as manager of the community, which will offer enhanced independence and wellness services for seniors who desire the highest level of personalized Colorado lifestyle options and a private residence for cutting edge memory care support.

Crown Point features a beautiful Colorado modern design of wood, stone and natural earthscape colors in the 100,994 square foot community. Apartments are all private rooms and private baths with many unit design options available and upscale amenities included.

The facility received final approval from the City of Parker Planning on April 29, 2015. It will cost $16 million to develop and will employ 80 employees when completed. Construction will start July 13, 2015 and is expected to be completed by June 12, 2016.
