This popular brunch and fashion show features participants modeling fashions from Christopher & Banks. Sponsored by Gardens at St. Elizabeth, Covenant Village, Life Care Centers of America, and Visiting Angels Home Care. Register with payment ($14/person) by June 2.

Free Summer Concert Series
Join us for a morning performance for you and your grandkids, or an evening concert for the whole family at the McIlvoy Park, 5750 Upham Street. Sponsored by the Scientific & Cultural Facilities District, Apex Park & Recreation District Foundation, Arvada Historical Society, Craft Carousel Gift Shop, Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, Gardens at St. Elizabeth, Prospect Recreation & Park District, Sooper Credit Union, City of Arvada Parks, and the Friends of the Concerts. In case of rain, the concerts move to the Community Recreation Center, 6842 Wadsworth Blvd.

Final Wishes Expo

Addressing end of life topics is never easy; yet planning ahead eases the burden on your family and friends. Meet professionals who can provide you with options to prepare and clarify your final wishes. Register in advance for this free expo. There will be two breakout sessions: “Planning for Life’s What if” at 9 am, and Smart Funeral Planning at 10:30 am, please also register for these as space is limited. Games Galore
We offer a variety of drop-in games, including Cribbage- 1st and 3rd Mondays at 1 pm, Pinochle- (double deck), Tuesday, 12 -4 pm, and Poker- Thursdays, 12-3 pm. Drop-in games are $1 per time. Also, the Senior Club plays Bridge, Mahjongg, Hand & Foot, and Pinochle every Friday, 1-4 pm, the Club’s membership fee is $20 per year.
