Travel Across America

Take a trip across America with the harmonies of the Notable Choir and the fancy footwork and colorful costumes of the Rockyettes dance troupe. Pie and ice cream follow the show. Sponsored by the Argyle Assisted Living. Register ($5) by Oct 20.

35th Annual Craft Fair
Friday, November 3, 6-8:30 pm, Saturday, November 4, 9 am-3 pm
Shop Ôtil you drop at over 50 tables of handmade gifts. Admission is $2 or free if you bring new school supplies for local school children in need.

Medication Review

Bring all your pill bottles (prescription, over-the-counter, supplements). CU School of Pharmacy students review your medications and check that you are taking them in a beneficial manner. Free, but call 303-425-9583 for an appointment.

This new drop-in class includes focuses on core strength and flexibility. Drop-in fee $3.50 ($4.50 non-res.), or one scan of your SilverSneakers card.

Foam Roller Workshop

Spanish Classes

Party Bridge
Tuesday, October 10 and 24, 1-4 pm
Play for fun, partners rotate after each game. Register the Friday before each party.
Fee: $3.50/day (payable at registration). Includes game, prizes, and dessert.

Thriller Dance

Get your dancing shoes on to learn the famous Michael Jackson Thriller dance. SilverSneakers register free. Register in advance, $12.

N’ Balance

Reduce your fall risk and fear of falling through basic balance and strength exercises. Register in advance, $60 ($72 non-res.).

Public Transportation Training

Learn how to confidently use public transportation (RTD) to expand your travel options. The first class is a discussion; the 2nd meets at noon for a supervised outing using public transportation. Register in advance, $7 ($9 non-res).

Scrapbooking Club
It’s scrapbooking fun! Share ideas, suggestions, and camaraderie. All skill levels welcome. Participants provide their own materials and can share with others if they choose. Meets the third Monday of each month from 3-5 pm. Daily fee: $4.

Current Events Discussion
Meets the 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 1 pm. Discuss local, national, and international issues while sharing your views in a non-judgmental environment. Daily Fee: $3.

Charlie’s Dance
