Healthier Living Colorado

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Healthier Living is an evidence-based, chronic disease self-management program developed by Stanford University. Learn to manage fatigue, frustration, pain, and stress related to ongoing health concerns. The class is facilitated and underwritten by the Jefferson Center for Mental Health. Space is limited, so register ($5) early and you are asked to attend all six sessions.
