Historical Look at Arvada

Join Nancy Young as she discusses the early history of Arvada, how it was discovered and how it was named. Coffee and light refreshments served. Register ($3) by 3/21.
60+ Spelling Bee

Here’s a fun way to exercise your mind! Challenge other spelling whizzes in the 7th Annual Spelling Bee for adults age 60 and over. Arvada Press/Colorado Community Media, PASCO, Brookdale Senior Living Solutions, and Celebrate Aging Colorado/Patti Wampach sponsor this event. Free, but register early as this event can fill.

Genealogy: Getting Past Dead Ends

Do you find yourself humming along tracing your family roots, then suddenly coming to a dead end? Larry Dodge challenges you to re–evaluate and pursue new ideas to get going again. Register $7 ($8 non–res.) by March 16.

Grandparents and grandkids
all aboard for the annual Bunny Breakfast! Our first stop is an all–you–can–eat pancake breakfast. Then the Easter Bunny visits, as children play games or ride on the Easter Bunny Express. Register with payment by 3/16, $5/person, children two and under are free, but still must register. Register early as event sells out. Paying adult must accompany children. Computer & Technology Classes
