Strawberry Brunch and Fashion Show
Thursday, June 11, 10 am
This popular brunch and fashion show features participants modeling fashions from Dress Barn. Sponsored by Villa Manor Care Center, Western Hills Care Center, and Mountain Vista Senior Living Community. Register with payment ($14/person) by June 8.

T-Shirt Quilts
Tuesday, June 2-23, 5-7:30 pm
T-shirts often remind us of fun life events. Bring 16-20 t-shirts and learn to make a quilts to preserve those memories. Register in advance, $40 ($48 non-res).

Free Summer Concert Series
Join us for an evening of entertainment for the whole family at McIlvoy Park, 5750 Upham St. Sponsored by the Scientific & Cultural Facilities District, Apex Park & Recreation District Foundation, Prospect Recreation & Park District, Sooper Credit Union, Craft Carousel Gift Shop, Gardens at St. Elizabeth, Arvada Festivals Commission, Life Care Centers of America, City of Arvada Parks, and the Friends of the Concerts. In case of rain, the concerts move to the Community Recreation Center, 6842 Wadsworth Blvd.

Joey’s Friendly Yoga
Tuesday, June 2-July 7, 1-2 pm
Both beginners and continuing students can gain the benefits of yoga, including improved strength, balance, flexibility and posture, while quieting the mind. Register in advance, $48 ($58 non-res.). Discount available for SilverSneakers.

A Mighty Wind
Thursday, June 11, 6-10:30 pm
Enjoy the combined talents of the Arvada Chorale and Denver Brass, performing at the Pinnacle Event Center. The concert’s highlight is a joint performance of Together in Song by Gwyneth Walker, one of America’s wonderful women composers. Fee includes transportation, escort and tickets. Computer and Tablet Classes
