Commerce City Recreation Centers are up and running! Unfortunately, this does not include our Active Adult Center. However, that will not stop us from offering programming in August! All programs and activities will require registration and we will be strictly following social distancing guidelines.

Line Dancing at Bison Ridge: Dust off your dancing shoes because Monday Line Dancing with Rosallie is back! There are two levels of class for those who love to stay active and fit. We have two offerings at Bison Ridge, a beginner class and an intermediate class. Classes will be every Monday in August. Beginner 9am-10am. Intermediate 10:15am-11:15am. Purchase a 5-visit punch card for $25 for the entire month of August or $6 per class.
Tuesday Movie Matinees: Come keep cool indoors and enjoy time with friends while viewing some of Hollywood’s newest productions! Join us at Eagle Pointe every Tuesday as we social distance and screen a different movie each Tuesday! Tuesday’s 8/4, 8/11, 8/18, and 8/25. $3 Resident/$5 Non-Resident. 1pm-3pm. For Movie selection, ask staff when you are registering.
Therapeutic Coloring: Coloring has so many benefits for adults! Come reduce stress and anxiety and improve your focus and motor skills! In this adult-focused group, we will color, chat, and spend time together safely. Wednesday 8/5 and 8/19. FREE. 10 am-Noon.
Summer Strolls: Summer sunshine calls for some summer strolls around Commerce City! Join friends for some light exercise and a bunch of summer fun. Thursday 8/6 at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and Thursday 8/20 at Sand Creek Trail. FREE. 8am-9am.
Bingo: B-I-N-G-O! Join friends and Active Adult Staff as we play BINGO in a safe and controlled environment. We will have fantastic and fun prizes! Friday 8/7. $5 Resident/$7 Non-Resident. 1pm-2:30pm.
Virtual Workout Classes: Commerce City is running an array of virtual workout classes that anyone can participate in!
