Columbine Genealogical and Historical Society

Family History is Genealogy ~

It’s membership renewal time at the Columbine Genealogical and Historical Society, and new members are also welcome.   After months of having regular meetings via Zoom, hybrid meetings are now being held.  This means members and guests can go to a meeting in person at our new location, Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 8545 E. Dry Creek Road, Centennial, CO, or can participate via a Zoom connection.  Enjoy being a part of a group that share an interest in family history!

Family history research is one of the most popular hobbies in the United States.  Joining genealogy organizations like Columbine Genealogical and Historical Society is a great way to learn research techniques and to get help from mentors to help solve “brick walls”.  More and more records are being indexed and placed online, so research has become much easier.  Everyone is looking forward to seeing the 1950 Census Records in a few months.

For more information about Columbine as they begin their 49th year, see their website for information about speakers, meetings and other events.
Visitors are welcome at all meetings.
