The Colorado Wind Ensemble

The Colorado Wind Ensemble, the metro area’s urban wind symphony, presents a concert of down-home comforts spiced up with dance music and a hint of blues with Southern Comforts on Saturday, March 28 at 7:30pm at the King Center for the Performing Arts, 855 Lawrence Way, Denver 80204.

Guest conductor Dr. David Kish leads the CWE in a program including American Salute and Ballad for Band by American composer Morton Gould, Jug Blues and Fat Pickin’ by Don Freund, Southern Harmony by Donald Grantham, San Antonio Dances by Frank Ticheli, Amazing Grace by William Himes, and Vigils Keep by Julie Giroux.
