Brain Gym

Work out with your brain with the Brain Gym class! Using social games, body movement, and coordination activities, this class will help improve your memory, balance, flexibility, and stress-levels. Join every week as we strengthen our brains!

Improv

Improve skills in your communication & social, creativity, and mental flexibility with the Improv class! This 8-week course will surprise you with all sorts of fun, laughter, and crazy antics with playing classic improvisation games, sharing favorite jokes, and learning adaptive storytelling.

Book Club

Join for adventure, mystery, romance, and laughter — all found within the pages of your favorite reads. Meet for 2 sessions: the first to get to know other readers followed by a second session 3 weeks later for a literary social hour. Readers are more than welcome to use the lounge for reading time between sessions. We will be reading: Auntie Poldi and the Sicilian Lions by Mario Giordano

Mah Jongg

A relatively modern game developed in the mid-to-late 1800s, around the Yangtze River Delta, Mah Jongg has captured the attention of many over time. By the 1920’s Mah Jongg became a popular game in America and can still be played today! Join the National Mah Jongg League class and learn the rules and strategies to sneak by your opponents. Bring a pen and paper and a handout of rules will be made available at the end of the first class. Participants must attend the first day of class.

Get Your Pictures off your phone.

Join technical expert, Shawn Winchester, demonstrates multiple ways to move your photos from the phone to the computer. Focus on different methods for both Apple and Android products; so, don’t forget your devices to follow along.

Puzzle Your Way Out

Travel back in time to the 1800’s Wild West with Escape the Room! Work together and showcase your best cowboy impressions while solving the Western Bank Heist puzzle room! In this bank heist, you and your fellow outlaw teammates will have 60 minutes to grab the cash and evade capture by the sheriff’s deputies. Transportation and a travel leader are included. Lunch is on your own. We will meet at the Clements Community Center before the event.

Flamenco Dance Showcase

Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana explores our natural drive to push beyond obstacles and seek deeper relationships. Electrifying flamenco dance highlights the dynamic interplay between the dancers and live musicians. Lunch will be at Lady Nomada in Belmar.
