SAN ANTONIO, May 24, 2022 — Caring Senior Service, a non-medical home care services franchise, announced today it has entered into a national partnership with Veterans Care Coordination™ to raise awareness for veterans and their families who may be eligible for the Pension with Aid and Attendance benefit through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

S/Sgt Ed Cooper, a China Marine, Arvada businessman, began this informal organization in the early 1990s.

Veterans Advisory Commission Hosts Naming Contest

The Adams County Veterans Advisory Commission (VAC) is hosting a naming contest for the new veterans’ memorial opening in Riverdale Regional Park in late 2022. This contest is only open to Adams County students 18 years old or younger.

Scheels sporting goods in Johnstown, Colorado has launched their annual Giving Campaign for 501-C-3 non-profits serving the Northern Colorado Community. Winners will be selected on the number of nominations received. 20 organizations with the most votes will each be awarded $5,000.
